What Is a Trading Account, and Why Do You Need It?
A Demat account alone is not enough if you wish to trade securities. The Demat account holds records of your investments in electronic form. But you cannot buy or sell equities, futures and options with it. For that, you will need a trading account.
The trading account acts as an interface between you and you’re Demat account. It helps you secure access to multiple stock exchanges like the NSE,BSE, etc., and trade in their securities. The account also acts as the record of your transaction flow which you can access and view later

· You will need to fill out this form, and attach a proof of identity and a proof of address. These proofs can be submitted using photocopies of appropriate documents.

· Once done, you’ll also be expected to sign an Form with Narayan Capital services private limited. This document will state your responsibilities as a trader/investor, and that of your brokerage firms. Keep a copy of this document with you for future reference.
· Once we verifies and processes your documents, you’ll be given your account number / UCC, similar to how you receive a bank account number. This number is called the Client ID or Unique Client Code (UCC) if you’re registered with us.
· You’ll also receive additional confidential data - such as a Login ID and key for accessing online portals, Backoffice and for placing trades.
· Narayan Capital Services Private Limited will hand you an account opening form - either when you’ve visited our office or if you’re meeting one of our employee.
· You will need to fill out this form, and attach a proof of identity and a proof of address. These proofs can be submitted using photocopies of appropriate documents.
· Once done, you’ll also be expected to sign an Form with Narayan Capital services private limited. This document will state your responsibilities as a trader/investor, and that of your brokerage firms. Keep a copy of this document with you for future reference.

centralized grievance redressal system of SEBI) at https://scores.gov.in/scores/Welcome.html
